These items were donated to our faith-based non-profit. The person they were for was getting out of an inpatient alcohol program and was supposed to get an apartment. But they went back to jail. Since these were donated to us we do not want to sell them. The 2 couches are in excellent condition, no signs of wear really. The lazy boy chair is comfy too, there is an issue with the reclining part but still functional. Take one or all, up to you. I will help you load, too!
