Here's the deal: I had a "good year" and although my wife thought it was an unnecessary expense, with small kids I wanted to get snow tires, having never driven on any myself. We were both floored with how much safer we felt driving in snow. My wife flipped and now loves them. But we no longer have the car (it was a Lexus), so I'm selling them.
