Need help for cosmetic editing of PhD thesis (Madison, WI)

I have written PhD thesis, but I need help with some cosmetic editing.
Ideal person for the job would college student in need of extra cash for the summer and with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Visio, or any other graph creating tools.
Subject matter expertise this thesis is about is not needed.
Prefer somebody local to Madison, because of in person interaction. I pay cash.
