I am looking for fresh salmon, lake trout or comparable fish that I can smoke. Fish from the Great Lakes are fine. Salmon from Alaska or other remote locations are ideal.

I will smoke the fish using a two-day natural process with a Trager smoker (as shown) and deliver the smoked fish for you to eat.
