Cook that works between 10 to 20 hours per week at $25/hour. In Madison, off the South Town exit of Hwy 12 & 18 (beltline).

This position includes following nutrition needs, using existing recipes.

About me: I am 46 years old and had a brain injury and a stroke in 2015. I am partially paralyzed on the right side of my body. I have some speech loss and cognitive disabilities, due to aphasia.

Supported through a medicare program called IRIS.

The approval process would take approximately a month and would require a criminal background check and insurance.
