Not sure what is All Suppose to Do? We plugged it in and it makes some noise. The screen comes on, the buttons aren't lighting up or flashing. The Bill changer will take money in, but since none of the button do anything hard tell if it actually works. Comes with keys to open Front Panel, Bill Changer & the back Panel, = Fan Runs. So what it needs to run properly I have No Clue. The price tag on it says $695. This is a HEAVY Box. It is approx 60+ lbs when boxed 24"x24"x24 approx so it will be costly to ship.
