Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Safe driving in all weather and traffic conditions
• Ability to navigate driveways and tight spaces
• Proficient in backing and maneuvering large vehicles

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up roll-off dumpsters
• Perform daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
• Secure and tarp containers for transport
• Dump loads at disposal sites
• Clean and service portable toilets using a vacuum tank system
• Complete logs and reports per DOT/state guidelines using a mobile CRM app
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment
• Provide exceptional service to both contractors and homeowners

About Us:

redbox+ Dumpsters of Madison is a family-owned and rapidly growing business based in Waunakee. We operate a fleet of 6 trucks and a large inventory of roll-off dumpsters, many with two attached portable toilets.

This is a part-time position. Typical start time is 6:15am Saturdays, and during the busy season (April through December), there will likely be hours until 4 to 5pm. You will work closely with Chad, the owner, and be an integral part of a small, high-performing team. As we grow, there may be opportunities to move into a management role with the right experience and mindset.
