Clean title. Clean interior. Smoke free. Must be moved. 1350 obo.
Air conditioning and hot water heater were working as of Labor Day '25. Furnace has not been used for a few years due to summer-only use. Bed in the upper bedroom has been removed to allow for more floor space. The pictured inflatable mattress is not included in the sale. Carpet removed last summer, painted the floors and laid down area rugs.
The camper has been sitting on a seasonal site since 1997. It will need to be moved. Two tires are cracked and most likely will not hold air. Roof and window had leak a few years ago. Water damage noted on front end of bedroom side walls and in some ceiling spots. Patched the roof and caulked the window in 2023 & 2024. Unaware of any current leaks. There is a soft floor spot by the door, covered with another piece of plywood.
