size / dimensions: 6x14 enclosed
Hello, I have a very nice 14' enclosed trailer that I need to find a permanent parking place for!

In return for you letting me keep my trailer parked at your home or place of business, I would be willing to let you use it when I am not. Generally, I use it to transport bicycles, equipment, and supplies for cycling events that I run from mid-May to mid-October and then it sits unused during the late fall, winter, and early spring months. The trailer could be perfect if you are looking for a temporary storage solution (such as hunting gear or building materials) or transportation of a motorcycle, 4-wheeler, snowmobile, etc.

The trailer is in great condition. It has a side door, two back doors, two lights inside, a flip-up panel on the side, and a rack on top which I mount bicycles on for transportation. I also installed cabinets, a removable partition, a ton of tie-down hooks, a spare tire, 4 floor tie-down mounts, a tongue box, and an internal 110V power outlet which you can use as well. There is currently no refrigerator in the trailer as shown in the pictures but I will be replacing it soon - it crapped out this summer.

The overall dimensions are about 17' 9” long (from the tip of the tongue to the rear), 8' wide, and 9' tall including the bike rack on top. The inside dimensions are about 5' 10" height on the side walls (a little higher in the middle), 13' 8" long on the side and 14' 2" long in the middle, and 5' 9” wide.

It uses a 2" ball hitch and 4-prong plug. It also comes with a jack with a flat plate or wheel for moving by hand, heavy duty reinforced discus locks, wheel chocks, and a tongue mounted ball lock.

Other than a place to park it, there are only a few other reasonable things that I ask in return:
o Give me advance notice when you would like to use it
o Let me know if something breaks or if some type of damage occurs
o Don't do anything significantly dirty or abusive to it
o Keep it clean
o Be careful about damaging the bike mounts on the rack if you put something on the roof
o Return everything I give to you (locks, feet, chocks, etc.) when I need to use the trailer
o Sign a written agreement to our arrangement

I would also like to possibly store some of my materials inside the trailer, but I may not do this if it would significantly dissuade someone from wanting to store the trailer. We can talk about that arrangement as necessary.

I live on the west side of Madison and would prefer to have the trailer at a convenient location, either in the Madison area or Dane County.

If you would be interested please email me letting me know where the trailer would be stored and as well as your phone number so that I know it isn't spam. I will delete any responses that do not seem legit.

Thanks -- I look forward to hearing from you soon!
