TNT Insulation is looking to add a crew member to our team. We are an insulation company that specializes in spray foam and cellulose insulation.
Job Responsibilities:
We, as owners, will work right alongside you to prepare for installation, install insulation, and clean up at the end of day on all jobsites. We wouldn't ask you to do anything that we aren't doing ourselves. Our focus is mainly on residential remodels with light commercial remodels. Occasional new construction. Start off as a helper, learn the process, and potentially lead a crew of your own or more. We are looking for you to be with us for a career, not seasonal help.
Hours: Full time- 40 week
Pay: Negotiable.

Local projects-We work mainly in Madison/Dane county, although an occasional project further may present itself from time to time.
Qualifications/Skills:
Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers
Attentive to detail, quality assurance, and always alert to ensure safety
Previous experience is not necessary, and actually not preferred.
Proficiency with hand tools and equipment
Must be able to walk across trusses when working in attic spaces.
Must be able to go up and down ladders,
Comfortable working on scaffolding,
Must be able to wear respirators, dust masks.
Load trucks, materials, equipment, etc... as needed
Must have valid driver's license, with clean record (insurance requirement), as you may be asked to drive one of trucks from time to time.
