We are a small residential exterior storm restoration and remodeling company seeking an organized, motivated individual to join our team as a Production Manager Trainee. This position is ideal for someone recently graduating from a technical college, construction management program, or someone with some hands-on construction experience who wants to learn the project management side of the industry.
You'll work directly with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and our sales team to help coordinate roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior remodeling projects from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Comfortable using technology, mobile apps, and software
• Willingness to learn construction and project management
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license
• Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 80 lbs
• Construction experience or construction-related education is preferred but not required
