The Role
You'll be working on active restoration job sites performing trim and finish carpentry — the last thing the homeowner sees. That means your work defines the customer's final impression of Revive.
Core responsibilities include:
Installation of interior doors, cabinetry, baseboards, casing, crown molding, and various finish trim
Working independently on job sites with minimal supervision
Reading and following specific scope instructions to deliver quality and consistency
Communicating professionally with project managers and customers on site
Documenting your work and maintaining clean, organized job sites
What We're Looking For

You must have:
Demonstrated experience in trim and finish carpentry
The ability to work independently and manage your time on a job site
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Consistent attendance and punctuality — non-negotiable
A professional attitude on job sites — you represent the Revive brand
You should be:
Someone who finishes what they start
Detail-oriented — finish work is unforgiving
Able to take clear direction and execute without hand-holding
Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Someone who owns their mistakes and fixes them
