We are hiring experienced standing seam metal roofing crews on a sub-contractor basis. We are a growing roofing and exterior company with a strong backlog of projects and are looking to form long-term relationships with dependable, high-quality crews.
Work is scheduled by project, with crews completing work in the Madison area on a recurring basis (typically every month or every 1–2 months). This role is best suited for crews comfortable traveling for organized, well-planned projects rather than daily local work.
We are seeking crews that take pride in their workmanship, operate efficiently, and maintain clean, professional job sites.
Requirements:
-3–5 years of standing seam metal roofing experience
-Ability to travel to the Madison area for scheduled projects
-Own tools, equipment, and vehicles
-Ability to verify active insurance coverage
-Professional installation standards and reliable production
