We are looking for a fulltime maintenance technician for apartment complexes in Madison, WI. The candidate must have at least 5 years' experience in apartment maintenance or related field (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC).
Salary: $25 - $30 per hour. Plus $300 sign-on bonus after completing probationary period.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in apartment maintenance or similar position
Basic computer skills to include email, online work orders, payroll entry.
Required to participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
If end of month turnovers fall on a weekend, work may be required.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle for transportation during working hours.
