I am a local residential painting contractor with over 30 years in business. I subcontract painting work to experienced, independent painters and am looking to add the right person to my rotation.
Most of our work is residential repainting (primarily brush and roll), with a strong emphasis on thorough prep and clean, detailed finishes. Many projects are in higher-end homes. We do both interior and exterior work and can offer steady, year-round projects for someone who takes pride in their craft.
Quality matters more than speed.
I’m looking for an experienced painter who can work independently as well as alongside other professional painters when needed. This is a good fit for someone who values doing things right, communicates well, and treats clients’ homes with respect.
Requirements:
-General liability insurance
-Reliable transportation (no signage required)
-Valid driver’s license
-Your own hand tools.
-Comfortable working on ladders
-Willing to work on a time-and-materials basis
-Responsible for your own taxes
-Must be on time
If we work well together, I can provide consistent, year-round work while still allowing you the flexibility to schedule your own projects. Payment is immediate after each job with progress payment on larger projects.
