A Construction company is currently searching for an experienced, detail oriented candidate to oversee the service department in the Madison market. The individual will be responsible for diagnosing service issues over the phone and creating detailed service tickets and parts lists in our database. From there they would be taking those tickets and schedule their techs to complete the services. Must have a general understanding of home improvement. Knowledge of window, bath, kitchen roofing and siding installation products is a plus!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Taking service calls from customers (customer service)
-Creating detailed service tickets and parts lists needed for the job
-Ordering service parts
-Keeping track of stock service parts
-Scheduling all service appointments
-Tracking backlog reports of open service tickets
-Communicating with Service Techs for proper follow up on field issues
-Hold any necessary service meetings to update department employees about new or old product issues
