S&R Remodeling is a busy, full-service remodeling company looking to add a skilled Carpenter to our growing team. We primarily work on residential homes, with occasional commercial projects.

We’re looking for carpenters who share that commitment to excellence and take pride in their work. *Position Overview
The ideal candidate has well-rounded remodeling experience, including:
Trim work
Window and door installation
Wall and structural framing
You should also bring strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Key Responsibilities
Assist in completing residential renovation projects with precision and attention to detail
Perform finish carpentry, including custom cabinetry installation
Frame walls, windows, and doors
Maintain a high standard of workmanship across all tasks
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in general residential construction and remodeling
Dependable, hard-working team player
*Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid certifications/licensing as required
Minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Physically able to lift and carry heavy materials, climb ladders, and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and crouching
Must own a basic set of hand and power tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Compensation is based on experience.
