Blue Iris Landscaping L.L.C. is a custom, high quality landscape construction business with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship and artistic designs. We are looking for an experienced crew foreman who takes pride in their work. Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Managing people
• Brick laying,
• Retaining wall building,
• Plants and plant care,
• Carpentry knowledge a plus.
Foreman's Responsibilities:
Meeting with owner/designer to go over jobs
Organizing crew and trucks in the morning
Supervise crew while installing job
Training new crew members
Talking to client to update them on work schedule
A foreman needs to be self-directed and responsible
Needs to follow instructions carefully
Needs to be thinking ahead so they can keep crew members busy and for see problems ahead
Needs to show up to work on time
Be polite and helpful to customers
