Seven year old bakery on Madison's northside. Now hiring for our morning production baker role, fixed schedule Wed/Thur/Fri/Sun 5 am to 1 pm, Saturdays 3 am to 10 am . Fully scratch European style baking. Role will support lead baker, including croissant lamination. Fixed hours, earned PTO, generous holiday schedule. Applicants should have at least 1 year professional culinary experience or culinary degree, and intermediate spoken English skills. Sober working environment, LGBTQ+ friendly, bilingual staff.
