We have a senior living facility starting mid-June and we are looking for a flooring crew who can demo LVT, Carpet and ceramic. Prep floors and install new 12-foot glue down carpet, glue down LVT in the units. Hallways are a 6-foot vinyl back carpet with a border. This is an occupied remodel. Work hrs are 8 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Saturday. Phase 1 is 6 to 7 months. This is a 1099 subcontracting project. Each unit has a ceramic back splash. Crew will need to have experience with glue down roll carpet, glue down LVT as well as installing backsplash ceramic tile. Whatever is installed each week will payout the following Friday.
