🔨 Position: Home Remodeling Technician / Construction Worker

Location: Dane County & Projects Within 30 Mile Radius outside of Dane County
Type: Full-Time
Start Date: “ASAP”

🧰 Responsibilities Include:


Window and door installation

Trim carpentry

Soffit & fascia

Framing, drywall, painting

Flooring (tile, laminate, hardwood)

Light plumbing and electrical (as applicable)

Roofing Asphalt / Rubber Roofing (Small residential projects )

Gutter installation

Working independently and as part of a team

Ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential remodeling or general construction

Own basic hand and power tools

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow plans and directions

Professionalism and punctuality a must

💵 Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience
Hourly Wage Or Sub- Contract Work Available / Production Bonuses
