This is my favorite mobile base given the 360 degree swivel and the ability to lower it to the ground for stationary.
See the photos for dimensions and details. NOTE - I would recommend putting a piece of plywood on top and you can obviously add some dimensional lumber to build it up a little higher as needed.
Lift the orange handle to drop the stand down for stationary work ... then push it down to return to mobile use!
