Great all-round welder - MIG, lift TIG, stick, synergistic programming adapts to your style, put in wire diameter and material thickness and it sets all of the parameters for you - great for a newbie like me. Or you can go into the easily understood menus and adjust whatever you like to your preferences.
I'm the second owner. The first owner is the CEO of a manufacturing company down near Janesville - he got it to tig some bodywork on a project Jeep and judging by the almost full bottle of argon he passed on to me, he didn't use it much. The stick and MIG gear were still in sealed plastic bags. I've only used the MIG function and have gone through less than two small rolls of wire - not much. I don't TIG yet and struck an arc once with the stick welder just to check it out. I have the stick welder I got started with so I never used the stick welder function on the ESAB.
So why sell it? I just upgraded to a bigger multi-purpose - more out of curiosity than any real need and it doesn't make sense to keep the ESAB just as a back-up.
The welder comes with the cart, the gas regulator and hose (but not the bottle), the ground lead with a new clamp (original one had a weak spring), stick lead, MIG gun, TIG gun and argon hose, rollers for .030, .023, and .035 wire, the hub for 8" rolls of wire, and adapter plug to use 110v vs 230v - runs on either.
Get a fully functioning, higher end, and very clean ESAB for $1000 less than retail and no tax. Welcome to come try it out and teach me something about welding. Hit me up with any questions or for any additional images.
