2 bed 2 bath apartment for sublease starting available now (beginning of December). Apartment is located on sixth floor with views of both Lake Mendota and Lake Monona and is in a prime location—2 blocks from the Capitol, 2 blocks from James Madison Park, and across the street from Naples 15 and Capital Fitness. Apartment also has a balcony and in-unit laundry (new washer and dryer as of May). Parking is available in the apartment’s basement garage. Garage also has a bike rack for use. 2 Capitol Fitness memberships are available with the sublease. Apartment is great for an individual or a couple who want an office or guest room, or for two roommates. Management is great—very responsive to requests and needs. We are sad to leave this amazing unit in an amazing spot!
