The place is huge with two bedrooms, a small office, a dining room, a living room, a three season porch and a normal porch. It's in a quiet block, but the location is very central. You can walk to downtown in two minutes. 10 minutes to Eastside and 15 minutes to campus. And 1.5 blocks away is a pathway along the lake. And there's another gorgeous lake about eight blocks south.

Oh, also central A/C, dishwasher, and washing machine.

I normally live here, but am gone on sabbatical. Utilities are not included. The place is available from May 1st, 2026 until I get back mid August 2027, but there's some flexibility in the dates, especially if you just want it for the summer.
