Rent: The rent is currently $1550/mo and will increase to $1600/mo on 8/1/26.
Rent includes internet and trash/sewer/water/gas. Resident is responsible for electricity (between $40 - $70/mo, depending on season and usage)
Parking: Is available in a heated underground garage for $150/mo, but there is free street parking in the neighborhood.
Pet Fee: Up to 2 pets - $100 deposit
