ThermalTake tower case, including working CyberPowerPC parts inside. I purchased it all in 2014 with Windows 7 64-bit onboard, but since upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. Inside are the following components:
• 8GB RAM,
• 500GB HDD
• an AMD 4300 processor,
• an OEM CD-DVD recorder-player drive, and
• a 500-watt PSU.

Given that working (at the time of this posting) components are still in the case, you're basically getting a nice ThermalTake tower case for the price with the enclosed components thrown in (yet still assembled).
