Job Overview
24 x 7 Deck Builders is looking for a driven and professional Construction Sales Representative to sell high-quality outdoor living spaces and landscaping projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, understands construction value, and can confidently guide clients from the initial consultation through contract signing.
You will be selling projects such as decks, patios, pergolas, screen rooms, outdoor kitchens, paver patios, retaining walls, and landscaping improvements.
Responsibilities
• Meet homeowners for on-site consultations and design discussions
• Educate clients on outdoor living and landscaping solutions that fit their property and budget
• Present material options, layouts, and construction approaches clearly
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and pricing
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM system
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth transition after sale
• Represent 24 x 7 Deck Builders professionally and consistently
Qualifications
• Experience in construction sales, home improvement, or outdoor living sales preferred
• Knowledge of decks, patios, pergolas, landscaping, or related trades is a strong plus
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable using tablets, email, and CRM software
