I have lived in south Madison for the last 8 years, in between trips and the last few winters down south. I spend 3-6 months in Wisconsin, usually between May -- November, depending on my travel schedule. I travel in the Midwest during the summer and in the south during the winter months. I am looking for a new place that could operate as a sort of home base when I am in the area.
Open to guest rooms, in-law units, garage apartments, basements, or creative setups.
Partly furnished would be helpful but not required. I have a couple of desks, tables, and office chairs.
