I am a retired female looking for a private room with a private bath to rent on a long term basis, in a safe neighborhood. I was born and raised in Madison, and have lived here most of my life. I am quiet and respectful of others' space. I am an introvert and will tend to hang out in my room. I would prefer to live on the near west side or southwest side of Madison, but am open to exploring other areas if the situation is right. I have a steady income.
