Hi, my name is Emily and in the pictures you see my dog Obi. We moved from the west side of the states across the country a few weeks ago. I have landed a great salary position here in Madison. I am looking for a roommate situation or an affordable studio/ one bed. I’d love to find a place east/ north east Madison closer to a dog park. But west Madison, Verona, Monona, are fine too. My dog is super chill. I make it a point to exercise him every day. My job is flexible so sometimes I work from the office, in the field or from home. I’m a pretty quiet roommate. I like to practice my guitar and sing once per day and do a bit of weekly meal prep otherwise I keep to a routine and hang out in my room. $600-$900 max is the dream. A fenced back yard would be even better. Living among cool people that like to have fire pits, music and gardens ideal. I’m loving all the nature in this area. I have character and rental references but I am rebuilding my credit score after a difficult situation a year ago. Since my job is salary it will be a consistent, comfortable income.
