Key Responsibilities
Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct foot patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and high value areas.
Access Control: Monitor and secure access points to ensure the safety of residents and property.
Incident Reporting: Use company technology through our mobile app to write detailed, accurate daily activity reports.
Customer Service: Act as a professional point of contact for clients, residents, and visitors.
De-escalation: Use verbal communication skills to resolve conflicts and maintain a calm environment.
Equipment Care: Maintain responsibility for assigned gear including radios, keys, and mobile devices.
Requirements and Qualifications
Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Background: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
Licensing: Must meet Wisconsin state security licensing requirements with no felony convictions.
Driver License: Valid driver license and a clean driving record.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift or move up to 20 lbs.
