2021 Rockwood Mini Lite 2205S. Dry weight 5004 lbs. Smoke/pet/kid free. Bought new, over $1,846 in dealer installed upgrades. Power hitch and stabilizer jacks, slide topper, extra roof vent cover, 190 watt solar panel and inverter, upgraded to (2) deep cycle 6 volt 210 amp batteries, solid surface countertop. Upgraded also to 15,000 ducted air conditioner, night roller shades, large 12V 11 cubic FT refrigerator (will run off solar and electric). Porcelain (not plastic) toilet, upgraded Queen mattress 80X60”. Goodyear tires on aluminum rims (with pressure monitoring system, never used). Gas griddle with outside mount (new in box). Reclining theater seating, recently installed key-less entry with 2 remotes, electric fireplace. The water heater holds 6 gallons, the fresh water tank holds 54 gallons with a quick release drain. Both the bathroom and bedroom can be used without having to open up the slide. (2) 30 lb. LP tanks.
Distribution Equalizer hitch available for separate purchase ($400.00). Bought during RV purchase.
Bought from Camping World, FloJet waste macerator pump kit, Camco Rhino 36 gallon sewer tote. Both items were used once with clean water to test pump operation (like new, $400.00 for both pump and tote).
