Roommate Wanted – 3BR Apartment (Near UW/MATC) – $625 + Utilities
Looking for another roommate to share a 3-bedroom apartment with me. Rent is $1,250/month split, plus gas and electric.
Available July 1st
About me:
47 yr old male, work from home (home most of the time) I have 2 cats that are bonded and are not cat or dog friendly.
I don't drink or do hard drugs.
My roommate is moving out and the second room will be available, The third room is shared space or a common area.
Location: Monona (2 blocks from Pick and Save)
~10 min to UW–Madison & MATC
On a bus line
Tons of stores within a few blocks: grocery stores, restaurants, bars, Walmart, Menards, UPS Store, Kwik Trip across the street, etc.
5 min drive to Woodman’s
Apartment features:
Large closets + good storage

Laundry (Free, shared, plus avail hookups in basement.

Utilities:
Internet ~ $85/month split
Gas/electric: Your share is approx. $100–$150 a month
