The apartment is fully furnished, clean, and comfortable, with a shared living room and kitchen. One thing that’s honestly been a big plus is the in-unit washer and dryer — it’s inside the apartment, so there’s no shared laundry room and no trips outside or waiting for machines. It’s not very common in this area, and it makes day-to-day life a lot easier.
You’d be sharing the apartment with one roommate who’s quiet and easy to live with.
The location is convenient — very close to campus. The bus station is a 10-second walk right across the street if you decide to go to school by bus. There is a Kwik Trip convenience store right downstairs, and about a 15-minute walk to Trader Joe's for any groceries.
The original price was $1550 on my contract, but the sublease price will be lower. The price is negotiable. This would be ideal for any person looking for short-term summer housing.
