We have an open room in this large house. Huge fenced-in backyard with fire pit, garage, washer/dryer in house, living and dining room. Two full bathrooms (but one is being remodeled). Share house with 1other laid-back individuals (one female, two male in 30's & 40's). Sorry no dog/cat possible. $50 utility fee includes internet. Move-in date flexible.
We enjoy acoustic bonfires, occasional gatherings and cooperation! Generally quiet time after 10ish pm.
