What is better?-- the view, or your proximity to downtown, the UW campus, or SSM &Meriter? Most mention the view. Simply cross the street, and you're at the edge of Monona Bay. You'll have full use of the house besides control of your room and your own bathroom. Plenty of free parking. Use of the bikes in my garage. After mid-April, sit on my dock or take out a paddleboard. A great coffee shop 3 blocks away. Bus stop on S. Park St. three blocks away. The three rooms are $1600 (245 sq/ft, king bed), $1300 (185 sq/ft, queen bed), and $1100/month (100 sq/ft, queen bed). If either becomes taken, I'll immediately remove it from this listing. The $1600 is the Master and has it's own bathroom; the other two share the hall bathroom.

FYI:
--Automatic room-darkening shades in each bedroom
--weighted blankets available in each bedroom
-- I indicated "private bath" b/c the Master has one
--only one can have off-street parking, at an additional cost, but there is plenty of on-street parking with the only restrictions between 10:30 am to 2:00 pm on Wednesdays (and then all one need do is park across the street.)
