Shop/storage space (Poynette)

Semi retired carpenter seeking a shop/storage space in or near Poynette WI with electricity available for occasional work. Will pay for that of course, I need a space that's approximately the same size as a one car garage that's dry and secure. Am willing to fix up if necessary. I refurbish 100+ year old windows and doors PART TIME there's months I don't work at all and I only need electricity occasionally as well. An outbuilding on a farm would be great. Let me know what you have.
