At Gre Wolf the Sales Associe uncovers, converts and services high volume group and event business in accordance with goals established by Lodge leadership, contributing to the overall success of the Lodge.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Convert group and meeting inquiries to sales via fast response time, exceptional sales skills and diligent client service
• Build and maintain key client relionships, genering repe business and lifetime value
• Demonstre strong account management fundamentals, including effective entry of all activities in CRM system, tracing next steps, pipeline management and setting future meetings.
• Prepare compelling group proposals, sales merials and contracts th result in sales wins
• Cree and upde quarterly sales action plans outlining business development objectives and market segment stregy
• Deliver on assigned group room and cering sales goals th contribute to the overall financial success of the lodge
• Complete Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Resumes for clients and operions departments to communice specific needs, contracted/agreed-upon details and pricing for the meeting, event or program
• Provide consultion/advice to clients on all aspects of lodge's facilities and services when proposing and contracting groups and events
• Monitor room blocks and communice with approprie property personnel on a weekly basis regarding group room pick-ups, rooming lists, etc.
• Represent the lodge in investiging and resolving any group complaints or conflicts including, but not limited to: billing issues, misplaced items, reservions and contract discrepancies
• Provide detailed informion on meeting-specific needs throughout the entire booking process from negotiion through departure
• Enter accure rooming lists, routing informion, tax-exempt stus and verificion of payment in Company software systems
• Submit a weekly report to the director of sales and cering documenting sales activities, converted business and pipeline progression
• Maintain Posting Master (PM) account ledger by keeping track of all open PM accounts

Basic Qualificions & Skills:

• Associes degree in hotel/hospitality or reled field or equivalent experience/educion combinion
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry
• Demonstred proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
• Successful Department of Motor Vehicle check
• Professional communicion skills both verbal and written

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 20lbs

Estimed Salary Range:

Pay Re: $ /hr 

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant educion, qualificions, certificions, experience, skills, seniority, geographic locion, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizional needs. The range listed is just one component of Gre Wolf’s total compension package. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and other perks.
