I have Experience in light existing electrical work. Changing ballast bulbs or conversion to LED. Also grounds and maintenance of buildings. I also Supervise cleaning and maintenance crews. I have extensive knowledge and experience in year round grounds work. I am good with small engine repair and do that type of maintenance work. and I am knowledgeable in maintenance /handyman apartment turnover and repair. My knowledge also includes interior and exterior painting. I work with existing electrical, plumbing. I also do some carpentry Such as deck building and restoration. In most cases I can troubleshoot and or fix heating and cooling unit problems. I can troubleshoot a large variety of problems and fix or give advice, I can maintain and check compressors and Check pneumatics for air leaks.
