We are seeking a responsible, organized, and people-oriented individual to help manage a small mobile home park. This is a part-time position ideal for someone local who enjoys a mix of administrative and hands-on work. Maintenance experience helpful.
Responsibilities:
Collect rent and maintain tenant records
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors
Conduct regular property inspections
Handle tenant communications and enforce park rules
Assist with advertising and showing available units
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency
Reliable transportation
Prior property management or maintenance experience preferred
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay
Approximately 10–20 hours per week
