Position Title: Assistant Residential Manager
Position Locion: Jefferson, WI.
Summary: Provides for the day-to-day operion of the residential program by providing
coordinion and oversight in the areas of quality assurance and client health. Provides overall
support to persons served by teaching skills th foster independence and community
integrion as directed and guided by the person's Individual Service Plan (ISP). Serves as
primary backup to the Residential Manager and is a Residential Manager in Training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists in daily delivery of quality residential facilities and programs th meet organizional
branding and external licensing standards
Coordines, tracks, and provides/arranges transportion for medical appointments for persons served.
Ensures medical appointment outcomes and documention are communiced/routed to approprie
staff and pharmacy (ex. medicion changes, changes in health stus, special orders, follow-up
appointments, etc.). Ensures person served medicions are available as prescribed.
Understands and assists the Residential Manager (RM) in effective execution of home and client
budgets and finances
Acts as second to the Residential Manager (RM) and assumes RC responsibilities in their
absence.
Participes in On-call rotion
Ensures services are provided in accordance with CARF standards, funding sources, licensing agency requirements, and organizions policy.
Ensures th all services provided are in accordance with the client's Individual Service Plan
(ISP)
Communices effectively (face-to-face, verbal, written, digital) and works collaborively with
the interdisciplinary team
Performs other duties as assigned.

Educion and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent, one to three years reled work experience preferred, or an equivalent combinion of training or experience upon hire or promotion.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, opering and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organizion.
Mhemical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute re, rio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral,
or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situions.
Computer Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products, Internet, and email. Ability to learn and utilize software programs
Certifices, Licenses, Registrions:
Ability to complete and maintain all required training in accordance with organizional requirements and County, Ste, and Federal regulions.
Driving Requirements:
This position requires th an employee is able to drive for work purposes and must maintain a valid driver's license with a driving record th meets the standards set forth by the organizion. This position may require the employee to opere a 15-passenger van and/or lift bus. This position may also require the use of the employee's personal vehicle, which would require valid
vehicle insurance.

Other Qualificions:
Reled post secondary educion preferred. Knowledge of developmental disabilities.
Experience working in a human service reled field in a CARF accredited facility desired.
Ability to maintain a work schedule th allows for visibility in assigned areas when persons
served and staff are present.
