There is to be no smoking inside the buildings. Outside smoking should not be excessive to the point of permeating the other units or exterior spaces.

-no retail auto repair shops, repairs on personally/business owned vehicles only.
-businesses concerning animals
-explosives, fireworks or ammunition
-flammable, dangerous, hazardous or toxic materials or substances.
-activity which produces or releases such prohibited materials or noxious
smelling items, contraband, illegal substances.
-storage, use or activity containing any unlawful materials or purposes of any kind.
- exterior storage of construction, machinery or waste type materials.
- No exhibitions, rummage sales. No outside sales. Not to be used as rehearsal space.
