-no auto repair shops ...personally owned or business vehicles only, limited to minor repairs (tires, oil etc..)
-businesses concerning animals
-explosives, fireworks or ammunition
-flammable, dangerous, hazardous or toxic materials or substances.
-activity which produces or releases such prohibited materials or noxious
smelling items, contraband, illegal substances.
-storage, use or activity containing any unlawful materials or purposes of any kind.
-exterior storage of construction, machinery or waste type materials.
-No exhibitions, rummage sales. No outside sales. Not to be used as rehearsal space.
FOR THE GENERAL SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC AND OTHER TENANTS, PETS MUST MONITORED AND BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE THE UNIT.
