Temporary Foster Needed for 4 Beloved Indoor Cats (Not a Surrender) (Madison)

My friend is facing financial hardship and needs temporary foster care for his four beloved indoor cats while he gets back on his feet.
These cats are family. They are NOT being surrendered. The goal is to reunite them with their owner as soon as possible.
We would love to keep them toghether or in pairs if possible:
🖤 Winston — Male, 19. Sweet senior gentleman with bowel issues. Calm and gentle.
🩶 Danny — Female, 14. Sweet senior girl with dental issues. Needs soft food.
🤍 Otto — Female, 2. Very playful, affectionate, and closely bonded with Rodger.
🧡 Rodger — Male, 7. Friendly orange boy, closely bonded with Otto.
Food, litter, and veterinary expenses can be covered if needed.
