JSM Properties, LLC is seeking a detail oriented, customer service focused individual to be an Assistant Property Manager and run our front desk operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, filing, signing and auditing lease documents, communicating with residents, selling and monitoring parking lots, assisting with Campus turnover in August and assisting the Property Manager and office personnel with other projects. Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with some mandatory weekends in August only. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are a must. Please email your resume to apply today!
