Black lacquered 2000's-era Pearl Export EXL 5-piece shell pack with Pearl’s I.S.S. suspension mounting system — one of the best-sounding and most highly regarded versions of the legendary Export line. Unlike the lower-tier wrapped EX kits, the EXL featured deep high-gloss lacquer finishes and upgraded aesthetics while retaining the rugged reliability that made Exports the working drummer standard for years.

Well worn from gigging, yet still a great-sounding, dependable, road-tested kit with plenty of life left.

Includes:

• 10", 12", 13" mounted toms & 16" floor tom, with Evans Hydraulic batter heads and Remo Ambassador resonant heads
• 22"x16" bass drum, with Aquarian Super-Kick batter head and ported Remo Ambassador resonant head
• Double-braced snare drum stand
• Two double-braced boom cymbal stands (one Yamaha, one Pearl)
• Axis aircraft-grade aluminum, direct-drive kick pedal
• 1980's-era A. Zildjian Medium Ride cymbal

• 6-ply 7.5mm Poplar / Asian Mahogany shells

Excellent first “real” kit for a newer drummer, or a perfect rehearsal/gigging/beater setup for a more experienced player who wants something sturdy, musical, and proven.

This is not a flimsy beginner package — it’s a genuine working Pearl Export with upgraded heads, solid hardware, and decades of reputation behind it. I am only selling this shell pack because I am moving out of state.
