Join Ian’s Pizza’s high-volume Commissary Kitchen in Madison! We’re hiring Prep Cooks to help craft the sauces, dressings, and toppings that go into every legendary slice and salad.
✅ $𝟏𝟔-$𝟏𝟖/𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫: The starting wage for this position is $16/hour, and we pay an additional $2/hour for any PM shifts and Saturday shifts.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭
Using our recipes, you will prepare sauces, dressings, and meats, and wash and chop fresh vegetables. You'll package, label, and date the products appropriately, all while keeping the kitchen clean and organized. It's an active, physical job, but you'll have a fantastic team that will help!
💪 Able to stand and walk for long periods.
💪 Able to bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
💪 Able to use grills, pots, pans, knives, and other industrial cooking equipment.
Whether you’ve worked as a prep cook, line cook, or in food production before — or you’re just starting out — we’ll train you!
𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠
Our Commissary Kitchen operates Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 6:00AM - 10:00PM and Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays from 6:00AM - 2:00PM.
We're currently seeking team members with flexible and open availability. Ideal candidates will be available for the following required shifts:
⌚1-2 PM shifts per week (12:00PM - 8:00PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
⌚At least 2 Saturday shifts per month (6:00AM - 2:00PM)
Part-time or full-time hours are available.
