Both faucets in good shape, just replaced with different fixtures to match new lights. The kitchen faucet is a Delta with a chrome finish and is a bit old/worn but works fine. The filtered water tap is a brushed nickel Culligan fixture and is in good shape, really solidly built and has a nice finish, should work with any under-sink filter or reverse osmisis system. Both have supply lines still attached as shown in photos so should be ready to go.

$5 for the Delta, $15 for the Culligan or for both if you want them.
