Hinge Right, aka LH inswing.
Standard brick mould.
4 9/16" jamb width for 2x4 walls.
Brand is Endura, made by Western Building Products. Has composite bottoms for rot resistance.
Height and width, hinge locations (TOP of hinge to top of opening), strike plate location (bore CENTER to top of opening). Measurements might be off by 1/16":
32.0" wide, ~79 5/8" height
Hinges at 6 5/8", 37 5/8", 68 5/8" (same as a Menards frame)
Strike plate at 44 3/4"
Note that if the hinge locations don't match your door, you can often move the hinges on the door slab because they are often surface-mounted and not inset.
